Returning
Is the product not good? We'll refund your money!
We want our products to help you discover the outdoors without worry or hassle. Therefore, if the product is not good, we don't bother, we give money back guarantee on all our stock products. You can return a product to us within seven days of receipt following the steps below. The product must remain completely unused and in original packaging. Products or packaging that is damaged are not eligible for return. You are responsible for the cost and risk of return shipping.
The steps to return a product:
- Inform us within seven days, starting the day after receiving the product, that you want to exercise the right of rescission. Do this by e-mail or via our contact form on the contact page. Please include the following information:
- Name, address and place of residence;
- Bank account number and name;
- Order number on which the product was ordered..
- Based on the information provided, we will send a return confirmation with an RMA number and return address information. You then have seven days to return the product. The product must be returned properly packaged so that it is not damaged. The original product packaging must not be written on or damaged. The application of stickers, for example for addressing, is permitted.
- Upon receipt of your return, we will verify that the product was delivered in accordance with the above conditions.
- If the product was received in accordance with the conditions, we will let you know by e-mail and we will transfer the purchase amount to your account as soon as possible and at the latest within 30 days of receipt.
- If the item is not received in accordance with the conditions, we unfortunately cannot process the return. We will notify you by e-mail. The product remains your property. On request we can return the product to you. We bring this delivery charges.
