Function of the Sitta 180 Extension.
The Sitta 180 extension is a versatile, modular under-tent for under the Sitta 180 roof tent. This Extension consists of four walls and a groundsheet, offering flexible set-up options tailored to your specific needs and conditions. All walls are interchangeable, with the exception of the back wall.
The front wall is composed of a Sitta 140 wall with an added widening element. This approach makes our production method sustainable and contributes to the environmental friendliness of the Extension. In this way we ensure that nature is not only our destination, but also our starting point.
Available for cars and vans
Our Extension tents are available in two different heights: a 170 cm and a 200 cm version. This allows you to adapt the Extension to different vehicles. Should the 200 cm variant not be high enough, we also offer 15 cm extensions that allow you to reach any desired height.

Design your own Extension.
The Extension for the Sitta 180 is designed as a modular system. Instead of a single Extension, it consists of four separate walls that you can easily attach together with zippers. This modular design allows you to set up the Extension in a variety of ways.
The Extension is completely customizable. Whether you want two entrance doors and a door with a large window, or prefer two basic walls and a wall with a door; the possibilities are endless.
As a base you always have a back wall 180, ground side wall and an intermediate panel 180 for the front. Below you can see the different walls:
As you can see above, there are different walls available for the Extension. When purchasing an under-tent, the rear wall is always a standard panel with the purchase, also with the Sitta 180 under-tent comes standard and widening panel for the front. Furthermore, you can choose from three more walls that you like. You have a choice of the following:
- Basic panel ( completely closed)
- Panel with door and window
- Panel with mosquito net, PVC window and blind
- Panel with PVC window and blind

Upgrade from the Sitta 140 to the 180
Want to upgrade from the Sitta 140 to the Sitta 180? You can! Thanks to the modular Extension, you can easily grow with your needs! The walls of the Extension are universal. Only the back wall and groundsheet are different sizes and need to be purchased again. A spacer is also required for the Sitta Extension 180.
