Maintaining tent fabric is important, here are some tips.
- Use a dry brush and gently brush the tent
- To remove resin from the tent, we recommend the following:
- Do nothing at first
- Do not remove it immediately
- Allow it to harden and then you can remove it
- To help the curing process use an ice cube
- The spots that remain will often disappear with the help of UV light
- If you clean up your tent with resin, temporarily cover the resin stains with toilet paper. The resin will then soak into the paper and not contaminate other parts of the fabric when folded.
- The tent can only be cleaned with lukewarm water and do not use any cleaning agents. This is the only way to keep the tent fabric waterproof.
- Mildew stains can unfortunately never be 100% removed. If you choose to use a cleaning agent, it is important to follow the exact steps of the cleaning agent and always impregnate the fabric again.
