Ezi Rooftoptent adapting Kit
Short description: Is the space between the mounting parts of the roof bars just too narrow for the mounting rails of the rooftop tent? Then use the Ezi Roofoptent Adapter kit. This set allows the mounting clamp to be set 4 cm inwards (per clamp). Often only 1 carrier is too narrow and only one set is needed. If both carriers are too narrow, 2 sets are needed.

How it works
The adapter plate shifts the mounting points 4 cm inwards or outwards.
The mounting plate is mounted to the aluminium sliding plates by means of 2 M8x20 bolts. The aluminium sliding plates with the mounted adapter plate can then be slid normally into the profile.
Please note: First insert the M8x60 bolts supplied with the rooftop tent. Before sliding the plate into the profile.
Then the clamping plate is simply fitted.

Our roof bars were too narrow.
When collecting our rooftop tent, we found that our roof rack mounting feet were too wide. That was briefly a disappointment. Would we then have to change our holiday plans. Fortunately, it was not that bad. We quickly got an adapter kit and the roof tent could be mounted as usual. YES!
